    Where does Something Different Wholesale deliver?

    Something Different Wholesale delivers wholesale gifts and home decor to retailers across the UK, Ireland, Europe and worldwide, including the USA and Canada.     Does Something Different Wholesale offer free delivery?

    Yes. Free Standard delivery is available on qualifying wholesale orders:

    • UK Mainland: orders of £75 and over before VAT.
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey: orders of £150 and over before VAT.
    • EU Zone 1, including Ireland, France and Germany: orders of €175 and over.
    • EU Zone 2, including Spain, Italy and Greece: orders of €350 and over.

    Free delivery applies to eligible destinations. Remote areas, islands and overseas territories may have different charges or require a delivery quote. Check your regional delivery page for full details.

    How long will my wholesale order take to arrive?

    Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and chosen service:

    • UK standard delivery: 2–4 working days.
    • UK Mainland Premium 24 Hours: next working day when ordered before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
    • EU Zone 1, including Ireland: 3–8 working days.
    • EU Zone 2: 4–10 working days.
    • USA: approximately 7 days.
    • Canada: approximately 8 days.

    Other destinations have their own delivery arrangements. Amazon FBA orders require additional preparation time. Visit your regional delivery page for available services and full details.

    Is there a minimum order for wholesale delivery?

    There’s no minimum order for customers in the UK, Ireland and the EU, so you can order as little or as much as you need. We welcome retailers of all sizes, whether you’re trying a few new products or stocking up on your bestsellers.

    Minimum order values apply to some other destinations, including £200 for the USA and Canada. Small order surcharges apply to UK orders under £50 before VAT and EU orders under €100; these are separate from delivery charges.

    Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

    For eligible EU destinations, including Ireland, Something Different Wholesale ships orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cover customs duties and clearance charges and handle the required customs paperwork.

    For special destinations, including the Canary Islands, Cyprus, Malta and French Islands, delivery is quoted individually and customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. Contact our team to confirm the arrangements before ordering.

    For deliveries outside the UK and EU, customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. We provide the necessary commercial and customs paperwork.
