    Wholesale Delivery Information

    We deliver wholesale giftware and home decor across the EU and Europe, with FREE Standard Delivery on EU orders of €175 and over in Zone 1, or €350 and over in Zone 2.

    EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid from the Netherlands. We manage customs clearance, duties and import charges for EU orders. Compare delivery charges and estimated delivery times for your destination below.

    Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

    Do you offer free wholesale delivery to Europe?

    Yes. Something Different Wholesale offers free standard delivery on EU orders of €175 and over to Zone 1 countries, including Ireland, France and Germany, and €350 and over to Zone 2 countries, including Spain, Italy and Greece. Different charges may apply to remote areas, offshore islands and overseas territories.

    How long does wholesale delivery to the EU take?

    Estimated delivery times are 3–8 working days for Zone 1 and 4–10 working days for Zone 2. Check the country lists above to find your delivery zone. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination.

    Will I need to pay customs duties on EU orders?

    Something Different Wholesale ships EU orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) from the Netherlands. We manage customs clearance, duties and import charges, so you won’t need to arrange or pay for these separately.

    How much is EU delivery below the free delivery threshold?

    Standard delivery costs €12.95 for Zone 1 orders of €100–€174.99 and €19.95 for Zone 2 orders of €100–€349.99. Orders under €100 also incur a €9 small order surcharge, making the combined delivery and surcharge total €21.95 for Zone 1 or €28.95 for Zone 2.

    Do you deliver to European countries outside the EU?

    Yes. We offer wholesale delivery to Albania, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, with minimum order values, delivery charges and estimated delivery times listed above. We provide the necessary commercial and customs paperwork, but customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
