    Something Different Wholesale is strictly a trade only website and we do not sell to the public. In order to purchase with us you must be purchasing stock to resell and not for your personal use. We welcome customers who sell online as well as in retail shops. Click here to register for an account. Management Reserves All Right.

    Prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£) or Euros (€) and are excluding VAT. To view prices you must register your details. All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise stated. Something Different Wholesale reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice. Our Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are shown on our website.

    Products are subject to availability. If there is a product on your order which is out of stock the product will be removed from your order and you will not be charged.  

    Minimum Order
    We currently offer a no minimum order policy for our customers in Ireland, providing you with the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as your business requires. We welcome retailers of all sizes.

    Delivery Prices
    Our delivery charges vary according to country and delivery option. For our customers in Ireland, 48-hour delivery is free if you spend €175 plus VAT. Delivery for orders under €175 is €12.95.     Payment methods
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal, Klarna and Clearpay. All online payments are securely processed by Stripe, a leading global payment provider. Payments can be made online or over the phone. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by us.

    Please contact us directly to discuss any credit terms that have been agreed with your business.

    Payment Process
    When an order is placed with Something Different Wholesale we take pre-authorisation from your credit or debit card (this is an authorisation from you to take funds from your card). No money is taken from the card at this stage and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you.

    When an order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an e-mail confirming the goods we are sending as well as the value. We will only take payment for the goods we are sending.

    Damages
    If your items have arrived but are damaged or there are items missing, please could you fill out the following form; Report A Damage.

    Our Customer Care team will advise you of the process to follow. Please do not return any goods to Something Different Wholesale without agreed authorisation.

    Promotions

    From time to time we run promotions and offers. Below you can find our standard terms and conditions which apply to these promotions.

    Promotions are only valid for the time periods outlined in the promotional messaging and orders placed outside of these time frames cannot be amended to include the promotion. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The minimum spend for a promotion is always excluding VAT. Any times displayed in promotional messaging are either GMT or BST. Free gifts are only available whilst stocks last and will be added to orders upon dispatch.

    Tarot cards, books, t-shirts and products already discounted in one of our promotional offers are excluded from all promotional codes.
